Since 1978, our Group has been constantly growing and innovating to offer its customers increasingly efficient maritime, land, air, and logistics solutions. Driven by a strong desire to design ever more effective solutions to serve a world in motion, the CMA CGM Group has built a comprehensive global transport network. In May 2025, Air Belgium became part of this dynamic, strengthening the Group’s air cargo capabilities.

Founded in 2016 with headquarters in Mont-Saint-Guibert, Belgium, Air Belgium now focuses exclusively on cargo operations out of Belgian airports carried out on its own behalf and on behalf of third-party customers via ACMI and charter. Currently operating a fleet of 2 Boeing 747-8 aircraft primarily serving routes to China and destinations worldwide, Air Belgium is poised for growth with plans to expand its fleet in 2027, further reinforcing the CMA CGM Group’s position as a leading player in global air freight.

  • Participate in negotiations for line, base, and component maintenance contracts to secure quality service and competitive pricing.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Technical Representatives, Material Controllers, and Maintenance Control Centre Coordinators.
  • Ensure clear objectives, regular performance reviews, and a strong focus on teamwork, service excellence, and accountability.
  • Track and analyse maintenance KPIs (e.g., technical dispatch reliability, aircraft availability, MEL performance, and AOG recovery) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Guarantee that all maintenance agreements and procedures meet contractual, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Manage special technical or operational projects as assigned by the Technical Director.
