Two new generation Airbus A330-900neo are joining the two current A340-300 in Air Belgium’s fleet. These new aircraft are offering even greater flight experiences with the latest technologies on board and better environmental performances.
For the Flight Operations Department, we are looking for an administrative aid in all flight operations related fields who will be involved in regulated activities and will make sure all manuals and other legal documents are kept up to date through the automated system (EFB).
You will be teaming up with your admin colleagues you will make sure the companies operational and training manuals are kept up to date, the organization of training activities runs smoothly and all crews are kept well informed of a variety of relevant and crucial information by using the appropriate communication channels. Operational follow up, planning of trainings, rigorous manuals and procedure follow up, taking part in the onboarding of new crew members, building on a smooth cooperation internally as well as with external partners are all crucial parts of this position.
It is about administration in the broadest sense whereby compliance, respect for procedures and anticipation are absolute key.
The ideal candidate is very rigorous, precise and well organized. He or she maintains a professional office environment with due regard to confidentiality and security. A strong computer literacy as well as good administration skills are required. The candidate holds a Bachelor degree.
Experience in an aviation environment and well as knowledge of aviation technical terminology is an asset. The airline language being English, a good level is required both in writing and spoken.
