What are Flex and Full-Flex flight options?

These packages offer you more flexibility in terms of refunds and cancellations of your tickets.

Flex:

  • Rebooking up to 24 hours before departure: 150EUR penalty per passenger + possible fare difference.
  • Refund: taxes only.

Full-Flex:

  • Rebooking up to 1 hour before departure: without penalty + possible fare difference.
  • Refund: 100% if you cancel your flight up to 1 hour before departure.
  • Refund: taxes only in case of no show.
